Term: Permanent, Full Time.
Salary: $29.00/hour.
Start Date: As Soon As Possible.
Education: Secondary School certificate
Language: English
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Duties:
- Process and communicate information and orders to coordinate the activities of truck drivers.
- Inform drivers about route and traffic problems such as construction, accidents, congestion, weather, weight, and size restrictions.
- Receive requests for emergency assistance and contact ambulances, tow trucks, and utility trucks.
- Dispatch personnel according to work orders or as per emergency requirements.
- Keeping track of staff workloads and locations.
- Ensure timesheets and payroll summaries of drivers are accurately
- Compile and maintain records of mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
- Arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules
- Assuring the safety and health of drivers and fulfilling customer requirements
