Who We Are

Our program area in the Faculty of Education provides essential administrative, clerical, and secretarial support to the Admissions office of the Preservice Professional Studies (PPS) at SFU. As a primary contact for current and prospective students, departments, and external agencies, we offer comprehensive information on admission, program requirements, and more. We coordinate various activities, including managing promotional materials, website updates, and handling student admissions and registrations. We contribute significantly to SFU's strategic goals by ensuring efficient program administration, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all stakeholders, and promoting the university's commitment to educational excellence and inclusivity. About the Role

Our dynamic Faculty of Education at SFU seeks a dedicated individual to provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and secretarial support to our Admissions office in the Preservice Professional Studies (teacher education) program area. This pivotal role serves as the primary liaison for prospective students and new students offering detailed guidance on program admissions, requirements, and procedures. You will be instrumental in coordinating various operational activities, including distributing promotional materials, website updates, and smoothly managing student admissions and registrations. Your contribution will uphold our commitment to educational excellence and inclusivity, aligning with SFU's strategic objectives.
