Job description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Dealer Network Architect to join our team supporting our client in the automotive industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review dealership construction/renovations proposals and drawings submitted by dealers
- Provide comments to ensure compliance with corporate identity requirement
- Maintain dealership properties records and drawings
- Assist in reviewing/recommending repair requirements for controlled dealership facilities
- Co-ordinate with sign supplier to install corporate signage, pylons and dealer names at dealership locations. Review artwork for proposals and communicate with dealers via business centers
- Co-ordinate with sign supplier for required repairs and maintenance to corporate dealer signage
- Review quotes for signage installations and repairs to comply with the P.O.’s pricing
- Review and approve signage repairs and installations invoices
- Maintain spending accruals and communicate with Finance
- Maintain records for dealerships signage leases
- Prepare monthly signage lease report by dealership and submit to AP for lease collection
- Prepare annual budget request for capital spending and G&A spending
- Work with Purchasing to prepare P.O.’s.
- Prepare Requisitions to release funds for spending against P. O’s. – in SAP system
- Track spending to remain within approved budgets
- Prepare/process cheque requests and dealer payments as required for various invoices
- Other assignments as required relating to Dealership Properties & Facilities Dept
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Architecture with at least 3-5 years' experience
- Software experience - AutoCAD, Microsoft office - Excel specifically, SAP (accounting software)
- Commercial building/structure experience, Accounting knowledge/experience
- Microsoft office experience
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Nice to haves - SAP accounting system experience
- Position is hybrid
