Salary: $27.00/hour.
Start Date: As Soon As Possible.
Education: High School
Language: English.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Essential Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, flexible, initiative, and team player.
Duties:
– Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
– Determine the type of services to be offered and put in place operating processes
– Address Customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
– Establish work schedules for employees and monitor their performance.
– Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
– Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
– Provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W Brand.
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
