Adecco is hiring a Branch Manager to lead the sales and delivery efforts of a designated branch ensuring an increase in branch profitability through sales and customer service activities, developing and maintaining high-level name awareness in the market and coaching and inspiring a team. This is a hybrid role with a mix of work-from-home and in-office. Candidates must be able to commute to our Regina, Saskatchewan office for required in-office tasks for at least two days of the work week. We are looking for a resourceful team player that enjoys the autonomy to make professional, informed decisions. Being flexible and adapting to changing business needs is a must and the ability to travel is required.

What you’ll be doing

• Increasing branch profitability by leading and supervising the overall sales effort. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, conducting and overseeing sales calls and telemarketing activities for current accounts and new prospects. Identifying growth opportunities for existing accounts and ensuring quality of service through consistent client follow up, surveys and problem resolution.
• Creating and maintaining current contacts in the local professional and business community, increasing name awareness and promoting Adecco’s services. Developing and maintaining knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting local businesses. Maintaining records of competitors in the area including their respective market shares, locations, services and benefits offered.
• Setting and monitoring pay and bill rates based on skill categories. Ensuring proper credit references are obtained and client credit limits are established according to guidelines. Monitoring all outstanding accounts receivable.
• Establishing an annual budget and business plan, developing regular branch revenue and expense forecasts, and monitoring expenditures within the budget to maximize profitability. Maintaining accurate accounting records, and providing payroll, billing and other reports related to branch operation.
• Monitoring the branch’s workers compensation claims to minimize exposure and resulting expenses. Ensuring that all respective health and safety regulations are followed, and that all federal, provincial and local notices and licenses are current and posted.
• Performing all duties inherent to a managerial role, including the effective selection, training, and motivation of direct reports. Providing coaching and performance development as needed.

About you

We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:

• Completion of post-secondary education in related field, or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
• A minimum of two (2) to five (5) years related work experience, preferably in the service industry.
• A proven track record of one (1) to two (2) years direct sales experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years supervisory/management experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Provincial Labour laws.
• Client sales expert: proficient in the art of networking, lead generation and prospect development. Skilled at providing solutions, finding new clients, growing accounts, reviewing metrics, and delivering presentations
• Self-motivated go-getter: displays relentless competitiveness in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional leader: able to effectively develop and articulate both short and long term business strategies, influencing and motivating others towards such goals
• Skilled communicator: Delivers well-received messages in both one on one and group settings.
• Productivity expert: manages time, sets priorities, meets deadlines, and handles multiple takes simultaneously. Disciplined in timely follow up with prospects and clients
• Solution oriented: Strategic and proactive with an ability to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills
• People champion: ability to interact positively at all levels of the organization and build strong client and candidate relationships
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with an ability to travel within assigned area
