About the role

Adecco is hiring a Branch Manager to lead the sales and delivery efforts of a designated branch ensuring an increase in branch profitability through sales and customer service activities, developing and maintaining high-level name awareness in the market and coaching and inspiring a team. Above all, we’re results oriented, always looking for opportunities to out-perform ourselves and collectively pushing the limits of what’s possible. This role requires drive, passion and business acumen balanced with a strong desire to collaborate with and coach a team. We take every opportunity to build up others, as well as ourselves. This is a hybrid role with a mix of work-from-home and in-office. Candidates must be able to commute to our Regina, Saskatchewan office for required in-office tasks for at least two days of the work week. We are looking for a resourceful team player that enjoys the autonomy to make professional, informed decisions. Being flexible and adapting to changing business needs is a must and the ability to travel is required.
