Job description

Jai Gajanan Restaurant Inc. O/A Mr. Sub located at 100 Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK S4N 0P3, requires a Restaurant Manager. Candidates to have a post-secondary diploma/certificate and one-year work experience in managing a restaurant / food service establishment. Salary will be $23.25 - $25.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Candidates should be fluent in English. These are full-time positions. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for these positions. Below are some of the main duties:

-    Hire / supervise staff and manage training activities
-    Create work schedule and monitor staff performance
-    Negotiate prices with food product suppliers
-    Plan, organize and control restaurant operations
-    Develop and implement business policies and procedures
-    Directly meet with customer with large orders
-    Manage customer service issues
