You want to make a difference, offer personalized support, in collaboration
with a multidisciplinary team, and work with a clientele having to take on
multiple challenges in the process of professional integration.
You will be an agent of inspiring change in achieving the objectives of the
clientele by promoting introspection, reflection and taking action. Through an individual or group
intervention personalized to each person's needs, you will support
clients in identifying their needs and obstacles in relation to their professional objective,
by promoting self-knowledge, experimentation with new situations and taking action to manage one's career.
You will collaborate with different partners in the community and participate in
networking activities.
Level of study
Undergraduate university (Bac) in social work, psychology, career development, educational and professional information , or related field.
Qualifications and Skills
-Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience
- Knowledge of job search methods and strategies
- Use of brief therapy and/or short-term therapy impact (an asset)
- Communication, leadership and motivation skills
- Maturity, good analytical skills (ethics, confidentiality, rigor)
- Knowledge of the clientele served by Services Québec (an asset)
