Job Description:Job Description Description We are seeking an energetic and motivated Superintendent Team. (Two person Team) Please attach both resumes in one file. This is not a single person position. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Thank you. This is a permanent, full-time, live-in position for a building located in the GTA. Responsibilities and Duties Maintenance of common areas and apartments Performing maintenance and completing unit turn over Minor plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry Monitoring of building mechanical and fire systems Maintenance of supply inventory Rent collection Showing and leasing apartments, completing rental applications and leases Handling tenant requests and complaints Carrying out relevant administrative functions per the instruction of the Property Manager Supervise trades working on site Be available to work every other week-end and be on-call in the evenings Other duties as may be assigned Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in customer service, maintenance or administration required Self-motivated, energetic, detail orientated and able to multitask Must have good communication skills and be a people person with the ability to work independently Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Vision care Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay
