Responsibilities
Serve as the gatekeeper of data and data structure, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and manage all linkages and impacts of data changes across the platform.
Upload and maintain data integrity, identifying and correcting areas of incompleteness.
Manage, edit, and create new or existing workflow processes within Salesforce.
Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Create and manage custom reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
Oversee Salesforce CPQ platform modules, adding new products and updating existing ones.
Resolve error messages, investigate root causes, and ensure seamless platform functionality.
Manage and edit Apex or custom coding, ensuring proper documentation and resolving errors.
Assess internal processes for improvement through automation or scripts.
Handle ad hoc requests from various departments to make changes to the database.
Perform weekly operational duties, including DevOps processes and data quality tasks.
Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce end users.
Evaluate new releases of Salesforce, providing detailed information on functionality changes.
Assist the Customer Support team in developing KPIs, dashboards, and relevant reports.
Support ongoing projects, ensuring successful rollouts and integration.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator preferred).
Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
Working experience with Salesforce Lightning applications.
Proficient in building Flows, Reports, and Apex code within CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Experience with Milestones PM App or equivalent PSA (scheduling, logging hours, project management).
Strong business analyst ability to convert data into insights and actionable recommendations.
Experience with 3rd Party Applications tools such as Rollup Helper, PandaDoc.
Familiarity with ETL tools and DevOps processes.
Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organization skills; project management experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and collaborate effectively.
