You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, phone).
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:

Requirements:
