Job description
Since 2007, Dealer-FX has been transforming how automotive retailers manage their service operations and how they interact with consumers. Through advanced data integrations and mobile technology, Dealer-FX streamlines processes and communication for automotive service departments while delivering convenience, transparency, and trust to consumers. We are looking for a Customer Success Lead who will collaborate and coordinate with team members (eg. sales, client support) to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
A Day in the Life:
- Facilitate webinars attended by dealer(s) so that they understand how to configure our software solutions to fit their requirements in both English and Spanish.
- Assists clients in setting up our software solutions in a way that will fit with their processes
- Follows a proven process and uses process checklists to ensure that the dealers have completed their setup prior to key milestones such as in-dealership training

- Self-starter with flexibility to handle diverse tasks
- High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Strong command of the English language; both verbal and written
- Advanced Microsoft office skills (Power Point, Excel)
- Advanced presentation skills and experience conducting webinars
- Bilingualism in Spanish and/or French preferred
