Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daytoday office operations ensuring efficiency and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with various departments handle a variety of tasks and be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Job responsibilities include: office management Communicationa and correspondence calendar management data entry and record keeping administrative support supply over site and management meeting coordination and visitor and client relations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detailoriented and capable of multitasking.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada without support.
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is highly desirable.
