Job description

Qualified Administrative Support Staff are needed for part-time and full-time temporary substitution work.

SUPPORT STAFF ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS INCLUDE:

• Administrative Technician
• Office Agent, Principal Class
• Executive Secretary
• School Secretary
• Office Agent - Class I
• Office Agent - Class II
• Secretary

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Schooling: Diploma of Vocational Studies in Secretarial Studies, a Secondary School Diploma or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.
• Other requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Tested prior to interview)
