Team Leader in Optimization responsibilities:- Assist the Resource Optimization Supervisor in managing the work team.
- Assist in recruiting new employees as needed.
- Allocate tasks to the work team according to operational needs.
- Complete various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate in improving work procedures.
Team Leader in Optimization qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Meet various safety standards required by the employer.
- Known for your leadership and ability to manage manpower.
- Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
