Yukon Nissan is looking for someone who enjoys communicating with customers as well as other team members, does it well, and has fun doing it!You need to be motivated to help carry the service department to success while also enjoying personal success.You will be:
• Working closely with our technicians and parts department,
• Dispatching jobs to our technicians,
• Helping our retail customers both on the phone, text, email and at the counter,
• Answering service phone calls and responding to customer inquiries,
• Prepare estimates for customers,
• Explaining to customers the repairs required and selling the necessary repairs,
• Paid salary plus bonuses!
