Overview
A prestigious property development company based in Waterloo are looking for a bright graduate with an interest in property to join the team as a Project Coordinator.
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
The Role
- Diary management for team
- Have created the filing system and store all incoming files and update as necessary
- Minute take for the weekly design, fortnightly agent meetings and as requested
- Produce agendas, minutes, reports and recommendations as necessary for all team members
- Assist in producing all written reports including the fortnightly reporting to the Board
- Coordinate the consultant teams for all meetings and presentations
- Act as the go to person for the consultant teams in regards of requesting information, documents etc.
- Organise all external events that the company hold
- Liaise with senior management for recommendations, consultant appointments and board meetings
- Monitor all in and outgoing documentation
- Manage all incoming and outgoing written correspondence for all team members
- Travel booking as necessary for all team members
- Book and manage all domestic and international couriers
Key Skills/Experience
- A graduate with at least a 2:1 from a good university
- Ideally at least a year’s administration/project coordination experience within a commercial environment
- Able to use own initiative
- High level of attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational skills
- An interest in or knowledge of the property sector would be a major advantage
- Confident across whole Microsoft Office package
- An outgoing and confident personality
