ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Program Manager, Health Systems is a member of the International Growth team within International Accreditation at HSO. The International Accreditation team works around the world (present in more than 40 countries) and identifies business opportunities to expand our markets in order to deliver quality health care for all
The Program Manager, Health Systems will focus on responding to opportunities for international health systems strengthening. They will activate a robust market growth strategy including project design, mobilizing expert teams, and proposal development for existing and potential clients. They will leverage international business development experience and marketing expertise for international expansion. The Program Manager will work closely with other Enterprise teams to conceptualize and scale health systems solutions and build a pool of Canadian and international experts to participate in health system initiatives
The Program Manager, Health Systems, will report to the Director, International Growth and will work collaboratively with the International Operations Team to leverage connections and market knowledge in these development efforts. The ideal candidate is a writer extraordinaire! We’re looking for someone who is passionate, dynamic, engaging, culturally astute and entrepreneurial. You feel energized by reaching out to new people and learning about their needs. You’re happy being independent and you’re always ready to take initiative. You know when to check in but won’t let it slow you down
