Position: Quality Control Technician
Salary: from $17 to 30$ depending on the experience
Shift 1: 3:30 AM - 12:00 PM must be open to (paid )overtime if needed
Shift 2: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM must be open to (paid) overtime if needed

Responsibilities
As a quality control technician in a chocolate factory, you play an essential role in ensuring that the products meet the highest standards. This work involves verifying that manufacturing and processes comply with all quality and safety standards established by the company and regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control and compliance:
Perform detailed inspections of production lines to ensure compliance with our quality
establish standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation and record keeping:
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, including digital records, to track and report deviations from standard procedures.
- Sampling and testing:
Collect and prepare samples/swabs of raw materials and finished products for microbiological and environmental purposes.
- Equipment and Environmental Inspection:
Check the cleanliness and proper functioning of the equipment with daily inspections and
preoperative checks.
- Application of safety and hygiene rules:
Monitor and apply personal health and safety practices of team members to meet GMP standards.
Quality Control Systems Management:
Implement the necessary corrective measures when quality standards are not met, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Previous experience in food production or manufacturing, especially operating
PLC-driven machinery, is highly preferred.
● Knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to follow specifications
and formulations.
● Understanding of GMP and sanitation standards.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to lift, carry, and move moderately heavy objects.
● 3+ years of experience operating food processing equipment
● 3+ years of experience operating food manufacturing equipment
● Understanding Machine Manuals
