Position Overview: Our growing construction team is in search of an Assistant Project Manager with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail. This role involves assisting in the planning, execution, and finalization of construction projects, ensuring they meet company standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project progression.
• Assist in the development and tracking of project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and is up to date.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Compensation
$100K-$140K plus package depending on experience
