Our client, a family-owned and people focused general contractor provides a culture of learning, open communication, professionalism, and accountability. They seek an experienced Project Manager with a diverse skillset to support their various projects throughout Fraser Valley with expansion into BC. The Project Manager will plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. They will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with all project stakeholders, engineers, architects, clients to determine and coordinate the specifications of the project.
- Review all shop drawings for coordination
- Develop and plan for project requirements
- Chairing of required project meetings
- Development and updating of project schedule
- Write scope of work documents
- All duties as assigned by the Director, Construction
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Proven experience as a Residential Project Manager
- In depth understanding of construction and project management principles
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (including MS Project)
- PMP or equivalent certification would be an asset
