Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Wire Machine Operator to contribute to the production of high-quality air filtration products. As a Wire Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of wire machinery to meet production goals and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate wire forming machinery to produce components for air filtration products.
- Set up and calibrate machines according to product specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Wire Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with wire machinery operations and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine controls.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy materials when required.
Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional technical or vocational training in machine operations is a plus.
