Job description
Our client stands as the software backbone for EV charging. They don't manufacture hardware; instead, they collaborate with top hardware producers like Eaton, ABB, and Siemens to integrate their software with their partner’s EV chargers.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in product management, preferably full-time.
- A proven track record in launching and managing successful products within software and/or growth-focused companies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or the EV charging sector is highly desirable.
- Passionate about our mission to expand the EV charging infrastructure globally.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker capable of crafting a coherent product vision, long-term strategy, and quarterly roadmap.
- Customer-focused, empathetic approach to translating real-world problems into positive user experiences.
- Agile, analytical mindset skilled at breaking down complex issues into clear frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, ensuring effective collaboration across multiple levels and functions.
- Proficient in UX design, data analysis, and technical aspects.
Product Strategy:
- Fully grasp and internalize the company's mission and strategy, translating organizational goals into specific objectives for your team.
- Maintain a close relationship with our customers, gaining insights into their needs and potential opportunities.
- Articulate a clear and motivational product vision that aligns with the company's overarching strategy.
