This Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated and meticulous Implementation Assistant to join our Client Implementation Team. In this support role, you'll assist our Implementation Advisors in coordinating and supporting the workflows that ensure our clients’ seamless and efficient onboarding. From setting up new client profiles to attending client calls, and tracking the progress of each pending client launch, you'll have a hand in various aspects of the implementation process. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a team committed to making outstanding first impressions and delivering the unparalleled client service that Opus prides itself on. Your responsibilities will include:



Your first few months will involve some in-office training to ensure a comprehensive onboarding process. Once fully proficient in the role, the opportunity for remote work will be available.
