This Opportunity
We're seeking a dedicated and meticulous Implementation Assistant to join our Client Implementation Team. In this support role, you'll assist our Implementation Advisors in coordinating and supporting the workflows that ensure our clients’ seamless and efficient onboarding. From setting up new client profiles to attending client calls, and tracking the progress of each pending client launch, you'll have a hand in various aspects of the implementation process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle incoming records from the Sales team regarding potential new client launches, ensuring a smooth allocation of funds to Implementation Advisors. Create client and fund profiles and kickoff the onboarding process in our system. Ensure that any important information from Sales is accurately conveyed and made available to the project team, to facilitate a seamless launch.
- Initiate the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and add the client into our internal communication system, ensuring compliance and streamlined communication.
- Assist Implementation Advisors in tracking and updating project milestones for every new client launch, ensuring all objectives are met on schedule.
- Provide support to Implementation Advisors by sending onboarding emails to clients and arranging calls. If needed, attend client calls and take thorough notes, and update project milestones accordingly.
- Offer prompt and efficient support to Implementation Advisors and the wider team on various ad hoc tasks. This may include data entry, compiling reports, organizing meetings, or other miscellaneous activities that contribute to the team's efficient operation.
- Collaborate with Implementation Advisors and other team members on specific projects as needed. This could involve analyzing data, preparing reports, or any other project-related tasks to support the team or wider office initiatives.
Your first few months will involve some in-office training to ensure a comprehensive onboarding process. Once fully proficient in the role, the opportunity for remote work will be available.
