We are a well-established and growing customs brokerage company actively seeking an experienced customs clerk to join our team in Quebec City.

Responsibilities
As a Customs Clerk in Quebec City, your responsibility will be to ensure compliance of customs transactions with CBSA regulations. You will also be responsible for updating product databases, customer, supplier and product notes, maintaining quality controls (QC), providing technical assistance to operations officers, assisting the department supervisor, etc.


Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a customs environment
- In-depth knowledge of CBSA regulations, customs procedures, HS codes, SIMA, trade agreements, customs publications (memorandums, notices, GST, etc.) and any other relevant field
- Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems
- Curiosity and desire to learn and develop knowledge
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
