Reporting directly to the Program Manager, your role extends beyond conventional management, guiding projects from conception to completion with precision and a steadfast commitment to established standards. As a key member of a collaborative team, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, shaping the narrative of responsible potash mining practices and playing a vital role in enhancing project outcomes. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Project Planning and Execution
- Stakeholder Management
- Risk Management

As the Project Manager, you will bring:
- Bachelors degree in mining engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the potash mining industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
