Job Title: Assistant
Location: Ontario, Canada (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Remote Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is based in Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with document preparation, including drafting emails, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed
- Provide support to other departments as requested
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
