Job Title: Administrative Officer
Administration Officer. Up to 26.00 per hour charge rate.
Inside IR35.
Hybrid working arrangements 3 days per week in the office 2 remote.
Main Purpose of Job:
Support the Education and Inclusion Teams to establish and maintain databases and administrative systems.
Assist the Strategic Head of Education with administrative tasks including meeting minutes document preparation and scheduling.
Manage requests enquiries and data for pupils with SEN.
Create effective communication materials for publication.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client a leading education authority in the Medway region.
Essential Qualifications:
Level 3 academic qualification
GCSE AC/49 (or equivalent) qualifications in Maths and English
Access to own transport
Essential Knowledge:
Proficient in MS 365 applications including Teams Sharepoint Onedrive PowerBI PowerPoint Excel and Word
Understanding of data management and data interpretation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
Experience as a personal assistant or administration officer
Experience taking minutes
Experience in drafting service policies processes and documents
Ability to produce highquality letters and correspondence
Ability to analyze and interpret information from a range of professionals
Essential Skills:
Ability to maintain productive relationships with stakeholders
Ability to model professionalism and promote accountability
Ability to analyze and interpret complex information
Ability to communicate complex information effectively
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
