About the Company:

About the job:
In this customer service position, you’ll join the customer service team in the Vitasave head office in Burnaby to ensure the customer experience is always a positive one. Assisting customers with placing orders, rectifying issues, tracking lost packages, and communicating important information to customers are daily tasks.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent phone and typing skills
• Proficient in computers
• Post-secondary education (or currently studying) is recommended

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Assisting customers with phone orders.
• Answering customer questions by phone and email.
• Rectifying customer issues and order mistakes.
• Communicating with other departments and team members as it related to customer service.

• Full Time hours (M-F, 8:00am – 4:00pm)
• Hourly pay $18 / hour - $20 / hour depending on experience
