We are in demand of a full-time employee as Marketing Specialist (TEER 11202) to assist the management to operate daily marketing responsibilities. We are looking forward to filling this position before September 1, 2024. Requirements to candidates: at least 3 to 5 years’ marketing working experience, fluent English abilities (speaking, listening, and reading, Mandarin will be asset), post-secondary education experience, signing at least 1 to 2 years’ work contact. Job duties: managing business marketing and promotion operations, assisting business owner set up marketing plans according to services and products features, analyzing local and Asian customers demands and new markets situation, designing marketing activities based on on-stie or online survey and research results, creating promotion and marketing ideas for business owner, assisting business owner designing advertising budgets, communicating with local medias to publish advertisements, keeping touch with local physical and online social groups to promote products, releasing business information on marketing tools and media platforms, setting up online marketing tools to attract new comers customers, communicating with printing services to prepare business advertisements and posters, preparing and implementing customers communication plans, reporting advertisements and marketing activities effects to business owner, communicating with potential customers to promote events and new products to them, responding questions from customers and partners regarding services and products, assisting business owner promote products to newcomers groups, assisting business owner develop new market and open new branches, organizing and hosting marketing activities, supervising the activities process and temporary work teams to complete the marketing events, training and supervising sales workers, working on other business marketing tasks as required. Working hours: 30 hours per week or more. Payment: $30.00 per hour (1.5 times of regular pay if work over 40 hours per week), $46,800 per year at beginning. Other benefits: 10 business days’ paid vacation per year, apply to any future business benefit or bonus plans.
