GENERAL SUMMARY- Upload new business to insurance company portals
- Scanning documents
- Process and review renewals
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing/ Data Input
- Upload new business & endorsements to insurance company portals
- Scanning of policy non-edoc documents, renewals, endorsements and daily scanning
- Review and process renewals. Refer to CSR’s if any problems or coverage/discount /premium issues
- Transact agency bill policies and Direct bill if required
- Prepare all letters and appropriate documents for the above and amend form letters as required- Follow office procedures for all above
Customer Service
- Back up for Receptionist duties when absent or away from desk
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Level : High School level education
Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) Certification an assetComputer Skills: MS Office Applications
Systems: Power Broker / Compu-Quote
On-Line Insurance PortalsKey Knowledge / Skills and Abilities :
