Commercial Lines CSR- Concord
Your role as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is to help manage and maintain customer accounts for your team.
This position will require a strong level of computer skills for speed and accuracy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure are key. You will handle emails and phone calls from staff, clients, and insurance companies. You will be required to work on renewal lists for several Producers, invoicing policies, processing endorsements, following up on change requests and issuing certificates of insurance.
Our client is looking for at least 2 years commercial Insurance experience as a customer service representative.
