As an Employment Developer, you will be responsible for marketing candidates’ skills and abilities to employers resulting in successful employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with employers to understand their hiring needs
- Promote and market our pool of talented job seekers to employers
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to achieve monthly placement targets
- Build strong partnerships with employers and foster long-term relationships.
- Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities, and facilitate the interview and hiring process
- Provide ongoing support and job retention strategies to ensure clients’ success in their new employment
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market demand to enhance our competitive advantage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically to meet the needs of both employers and job seekers
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
