Job description

About the Opportunity

• Prepare monthly journal entries, update project status, post labor hours and overhead, projects and internal orders settlements, and cost allocation 
• Prepare monthly shipment summary
• Prepare management reports (installation cost report) to leadership
• Prepare intercompany and balance sheet accounts reconciliation and investigate differences
• Post daily cycle counts, review and update standard costs, post quantity adjustments, etc.

About You

• Accounting Designation - Foreign / Canadian 
• 3 plus years accounting experience, preferably at a public company/in the manufacturing industry
• Working experience with major ERP accounting software
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Availability to work overtime when required

Pay Rate
$35/hour
