Job description

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. You will serve as the liaison between our company and its customers, representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
  5. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the customer database.
  6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  7. Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.
  6. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
