Olivea is a family-run restaurant with a passion for rustic Italian cuisine. We operate in a team-service environment where everybody contributes to the success of service. We are looking for experienced line cook with minimum 3 years experience working in fast-paced full service restaurant. Must have experience cooking a variety of proteins (steak, chicken, fish, and other specialty meats). Creativity and food knowledge is a must as you will be required to create daily features. Ability to lead service by communicating orders to all stations. Must be able to work well under pressure.
