Job Description: The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for helping the project teams manage resources and information, assist with scheduling, planning meetings and project activities. The successful candidate will work with clients, mechanical contractors and internal staff to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Responsibilities:Co-ordinate the organization of project activities ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.Successfully manage a number of projects simultaneously and attend site meetings as requiredWork with management and sales to coordinate all aspects of project delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating project duration, effort and cost, managing project budget, creating detailed project plans, schedules and managing change requestsEnsure project success by driving day-to-day operations through the application of sound project management principles and methodologiesWork with the sales team to price extras that come up on projects.Work closely with sales representative for that project.Ensure client is happy and assist in any way possible.Maintain regular communications with active team to ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties, which may impede progress or compromise achievement of project’s objectivesMaintain detailed status and project log reports on each project.
