POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the day-to-day activities of our organization. This multifaceted position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for efficiency, process improvement, and team leadership. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Implements safety programs and ensures compliance with all safety policies. Creates and sends reports to the COO or Director. Coordinates staff schedules, training, and onboarding. Conducts quality control tests to ensure organization standards are being met. Addresses top-level concerns and find the best path forward from all of the available data. Analyzes existing policies, practices and procedures developing more efficient methods and implementing such methods. Communicates with both executives and employees to create and administer practices, policies, and procedures in line with big picture company goals and objectives. Assesses the company's earnings and spending to find areas for improvement regarding operational processes and practices. Hires, advises, and leads others while maintaining budget and an efficient, present work force. Responds quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives accordingly. Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent time management skills. Effective problem-solving skills. Ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong grasp of P&L Can demonstrate a strong understanding of sub assembly production and connecting components function together. Mechanically inclined mind set. Experience using wireless warehouse systems. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business or related field is required. 7+ years of Operations Manager experience. Experience in Hose/PVF industry preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
