Position: Senior Property accountant – Real Estate
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: $90K to $125K per year

Job Description:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Prepare consolidated reports
- Manage c ashflow
-  Make presentations to upper management
-Be r

esponsible for intercompany reconciliation
- Be r esponsible for forecasting and budget preparation
- Prepare year-end audit files

Job Requirements:

- DEC or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in real estate required
- Strong Excel skills
