We are hiring a full time/part time Office admin.
- Dispatch orders to drivers in a timely manner
- Schedule loads based on safety, customer service and load efficiency from the customer information received
- Provide customers with professional and timely support on a variety of issues
- Create, communicate, schedule, and maintain the driver/delivery schedules
- Communicate dispatch to drivers
- Confirm loads have been delivered
- Record all incidents to management
- Record customer orders, messages and requests, then forward these to appropriate areas
- Ensure drivers are performing responsibilities in a safe, reliable and professional manner
- Report in compliance with customer specifications
- Complete all daily duties assigned
