About the Role:
As a Customer Service Broker specializing in Farm/Commercial insurance, you'll play a pivotal role in our Commercial Lines Team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Lines Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including Farm, Hobby Farm, and Small Business Accounts, along with associated Commercial Auto policies. Your day-to-day tasks will encompass a range of duties from renewals, marketing, working with clients during the claim process and client advocacy.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional client service with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Customize communication to meet each client's preferences.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with insurers and industry partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and insurer appetites to provide informed solutions and advice.
- Collaborate closely with both Sales and Service teams to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
- Maintain thorough and organized client files at all times.
Must-Haves:
- Commercial insurance experience, particularly in the small to mid-sized business sector.
- A positive attitude that energizes those around you.
- A collaborative nature that thrives in a team environment.
- An inquisitive mind that seeks to understand and innovate.
- A sense of urgency to meet and exceed client expectations.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with farm insurance or personal insurance.
- Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM.
- Familiarity with Quotey, PolicyWorks, and PowerBroker.
