Job description
Our manufacturing client is busy and growing. Reporting to the President you will work with the senior management team and ensure your direct reports are performing effectively. Your training, mentoring and coaching will assist them as required. Monthly review meetings will ensure your reports have a clearly defined understanding of corporate policies. You will lead sales campaigns, manage the sales process, prepare annual sales forecast for existing and new parts, set division sales targets, resolve customer complaints and establish products and pricing. On the engineering side you will manage the APQP process for product development and work with manufacturing to support new product launches, identify alternative raw materials and their pricing and lead APQP team meetings. You have an Engineering degree, excellent communication skills, 5+ years experience and custom product manufacturing experience.
