Tasks and responsabilities
Develop innovative features and enhancements for CONFORMiT products in a secure, well-tested, and performant manner.
Ensure that our AI-driven features continue to adapt to the increasing number of users and data per client.
Design, deploy, and integrate custom machine learning models to solve specific problems for clients.
Collaborate on architectural and technological choices required for the features.
Identify areas where machine learning can be employed to address clients’ technical challenges.
Write code that adheres to our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a large-scale web environment. Support and enforce these standards during code reviews.
Promote improvement in the quality, security, and performance of the products.
Contribute to the technical documentation of your team.
Identify impediments to your team’s efficiency and propose and implement solutions.
Your profile
Required Qualifications
Experience in building machine learning-powered products or developing a machine learning infrastructure.
Proven knowledge of the fundamental principles of machine learning and artificial intelligence: types of models and their use (Random Forests, SVM, kNN, k-means, DBSCAN, etc.). Practical experience with model training and calibration.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, MXNet, etc.
Excellent understanding of algorithms.
Good understanding of the intricacies of developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
Significant professional experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to Python, C#, and JavaScript.
Comfortable working in a highly agile and intensely iterative software development process.
Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
Stay up to date with recent advances in AI and machine learning.
Master’s or Ph.D. in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
Passionate and adept at learning new programming languages and paradigms.
