Position: Customer Service Contract Representative
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: Up to $30 per hour
Job Type: 5-month contract with strong chance of permanency and or extension
Schedule: Hybrid (1 day in office)

Who we would love to meet:
- Bilingual to communicate with medical professionals outside of the Quebec region
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience with contract management
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excel (advanced knowledge)
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives and medical professionals to facilitate effective communication and program implementation
- Aid in the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Resolve payment-related issues by liaising with teams
- Provide prompt responses to inquiries from representatives and internal teams
- Ensure that all projects adhere to company policy and comply with Canada code
- Monitor all accountable care requests and purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
