Erika Rostek OT is a small pediatric OT organization which strives to individualize and tailor pediatric OT treatment in-home within the GTA. This business was started almost two years ago by myself, Erika, and am now looking to meet the demand inquiries by providing OT Assistance services to my families. I will be starting a home clinic space in June, where there would also be possibility of seeing clients on site.
My company values are compassion, warmth, collaboration and being a team player. The appropriate candidate would receive 1:1 mentoring and training from myself. I have 7 years of experience as a pediatric OT and am ready to share my knowledge! I am looking for someone who values quality of care, building trust and rapport with families and tailoring 1:1 support so that we can provide upstanding OT support within the GTA community. French is an asset! Must have a car. No previous experience required. Hours are flexible (daytime, after school or weekends). Pay is competitive (40$/hr+20$travel fee per home visit).
