Job description

As Business Development Manager, Group Insurance , the incumbent is mandated to achieve sales objectives for group insurance products through his/her own operations as well as those of partners with whom he/she maintains strong business relationships. With a strong customer focus, the incumbent is accountable for the results of his/her sales objectives, and uses effective prospecting techniques to acquire more partners. In addition to in-depth knowledge of group insurance products, the candidate is a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with strong problem-solving skills. He/she will play a key role in the sales team, implementing innovative solutions to achieve sales, business retention, marketing allocation and profitability objectives, as well as presenting quotes and renewals to our partners.

This position works closely with the Sales Support Officers, as well as with the Director on key issues, and provides support to other team members.
