Responsibilities
Here are some of the challenges you will face in your new role as a Business Development and Recruitment Specialist in Montreal:

• Maintaining and developing your client database by building relationships with new clients;
• Solicit your prospects and clients regularly, by phone or by organizing networking visits (virtual or in-person) in a specific local area;
• Respond to client recruitment needs;
• Conduct and manage the full recruitment cycle;
• Participate in negotiations, interviews, and hiring of all new talent.

Qualifications
• More than one year's experience in business development
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Experience or keen interest in the world of recruitment
• Enjoys taking on challenges, achieving goals and surpassing them!
• A good team player with strong communication skills
• Skilled with technology and social networks (an asset)
