Join our dynamic team in the rapidly growing cannabis industry! We are currently seeking a Sales Support professional to contribute to our retail sales operations in Milton, NY. If you are a confident communicator with a passion for the cannabis industry, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Sales Support Qualifications required

»Previous practice in sales support or a related function is preferred.

»Confident and effective communication expertise.

» capability to analyze and interpret data.

»Detail-oriented with excellent organizational expertise.

»Familiarity with the cannabis industry is a plus, but not required.

Sales Support Responsibilities:

»Provide quotes for client orders received through email or phone inquiries.

»Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availcapability for timely shipping.

»Communicate anticipated lead times to customers in the event of product back-orders.

»Propose alternative products that are readily available in cases of stock shortages.

»Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates on order status, delivery estimates, and any potential delays.
