MP Home Maintenance is a company that provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing services to residential homes in Newmarket, Ontario. Last year, we sold and produced over $150,000 and had over 250 satisfied clients! We are currently hiring marketers to generate leads and schedule estimates. If you want to join a company with a fun team environment, advanced training, and advancement opportunities, this could be the opportunity for you. About the Job:

• This is a door-to-door position, where you will be speaking with homeowners and creating interest in the services listed above.
• You will be trained in how to handle objections. as well as how to schedule estimates with homeowners at their door.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, as well as convert leads into estimates at the door
• Build rapport with customers
• Reliable transportation to and from sites in Newmarket
• 10-20+ hours a week (flexible schedule)

Job Requirements and Benefits:

• Energetic, upbeat & motivated to succeed

• Previous marketing, customer service, or sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Must be willing to work outdoors
• Position runs January-May with summer opportunities
• Can make $17 - $25 per hour depending on performance
