POSITION: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Burlington, ON (hybrid)
MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies. Our client is a global manufacturer of industrial products and leader in their space and they are on the hunt for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to add to their growing customer service department.
This position is entirely business-to-business customer service oriented pertaining to product order management and customer relationship development and will deal with customers across Canada.
This is a full-time/permanent position with a competitive base + bonus, benefits, and pension and provides lots of room to grow within the organization as a whole.
The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.
REQUIREMENTS: - Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory
- Previous customer service/order management experience required; business-to-business product customer service experience is highly preferred
- SAP experience is an asset and strongly preferred
- Familiarization and experience with customer service KPI’s & metrics
- Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
