Job Title: Wildfire Program Manager
Location: Flexible within Alberta (Main Offices in Edmonton and Calgary)
Schedule: Hybrid schedule - Tue-Thu in-office, Mon/Fri remote

Duties:
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of a comprehensive Wildfire Program
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish best practices
- Drive forward innovative initiatives to mitigate wildfire risks and enhance community safety
- Develop and execute tailored outreach and education campaigns to raise awareness
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability within the Wildfire Program team
- Oversee budgetary allocations and resource management to ensure program success
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on wildfire mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in wildfire mitigation or related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale program initiatives
- Strong understanding of wildfire behavior, mitigation techniques, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strategic thinking
- Relevant certifications or training in wildfire management are highly desirable
